The Daily Loaf is a micro bakery located in a historic 1750's spring house in Hamburg, Pennsylvania.   Anna Shiffler began baking in 2010, inspired by old world techniques and traditions.

 

Each loaf is hand crafted using natural leavening , slow fermentation and local seasonal produce.  We grow much of the produce we use in our bakery.  We also source  ingredients from local farmers. See our Friends page for more information.
